Title: Customer Care / Sales Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Provide client support and handle client communications effectively.
- Discuss business contracts and cost with clients.
- Build connections on behalf of the company.
- Ability to market by opening and closing deals.
- Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
- Identifying new business markets and recording daily customer transactions.
- Handle clients complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Must-have flare for sales.
- Ability to work with less supervision.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
- Keep records of clients interactions, process clients account and file documents.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ability to make presentations on products and services
- Initiate deals.
- Identify target markets.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing / Business Administration / Sales or a relevant field.
- Must have at least 3 years work experience as sales / client relationships with track record.
- Female Candidates
- Experience in logistics is an added advantage.
- Experience in marketing will be an advantage.
- Must be living in Ikeja or it’s environs
- Must pay attention to details.
- Good record-keeping skills.
- Excellent customer service skill.
- Must have integrity.
- Must be courteous and presentable.
- Should be able to work with less supervision.

Title: Operations Manager

Description
- Ensure all operations are carried out in the most efficient and cost-effective way.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee operation team’s efficiency.
- Formulate strategic and operational objective.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

- Support worker communication with the management team.
- Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes.
- Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.
- Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met.

- Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
- Manage and develop logistics staff.

Requirements
- A Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or its related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 5 years good working knowledge as an operations manager or in logistics field
- Creative thinking skills.

- Ability to drive.
- Good time management skills and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Title: Bus Driver
Location:Â Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Drive company buses across various states in Nigeria for logistics and transportation assignments.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods and/or passengers according to the assigned schedule.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Follow all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of travel, fuel usage, mileage, and delivery logs.
- Report any delays, road incidents, or vehicle issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained at all times.
- Assist in loading and offloading goods when required.
Requirements
- Minimum of an SSCE/WAEC certificate.
- Valid Nigerian driver’s license (Class D or higher)
- 3–5 years of experience driving buses or heavy-duty vehicles across Nigerian states.
- Good knowledge of major highways and routes across Nigeria.
- Strong understanding of vehicle safety and maintenance practices.
- Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work long hours, including overnight trips, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Basic communication skills in English and/or local languages.
