Job Summary
- We’re looking for a results-driven Data Analyst, who will be instrumental in powering smarter decisions across Salpha Energy’s operations.Â
- Your mission: ensure accurate data reconciliation, drive operational intelligence, and fuel business growth with insights that matter.
- You will own data pipelines, automate reporting processes, and provide deep visibility into everything.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate reports and build dashboards to track financials, operations, and product performance.
- Monitor KPIs across key operations; surface insights to improve efficiency.
- Support product and business teams with dashboards, cohort analyses, and insight briefs.
- Drive smarter decision-making by tying data to ROI, customer outcomes, and product quality.
- Reconcile payments across platforms and internal systems; flag and fix data mismatches.
- Use Python and low-code tools to automate repetitive data tasks.
- Deploy and manage BI platforms like Looker, Holistics, or Quicksight to streamline reporting.
- Take charge and be a decision driver for assigned web platforms.
- Keep up-to-date on emerging technology solutions, particularly those on JavaScript, for continuous improvements in front-end application development and end-user experience.
- Clearly explain issues, decisions, and technical solutions to cross-functional teams.

About the Role
- We are seeking a versatile and visionary Electronics Engineer to lead the end-to-end design, integration, and validation of complex electronic systems and enclosures—specifically for solar-powered inverter and energy products.Â
- As Salpha expands its in-house manufacturing capabilities, this role is critical in ensuring product designs move from concept to production efficiently, cost-effectively, and at scale.
- The ideal candidate has deep experience in PCB design, electronic system architecture, and cross-functional product integration, and is ready to take ownership of critical development initiatives.Â
- You’ll also lead the integration of plastic housings with electronic components, ensuring that every product is optimized for performance, safety, manufacturability, and scalability.
- You’ll collaborate closely with our technical team to bring Salpha’s next-generation solar solutions to life delivering products that meet the highest standards of durability and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance electronic systems for inverter and solar products, from concept to production.
- Create PCB layouts using tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle PCB, and Cadence Allegro
- Select components, analyze signal integrity, and ensure compliance with reliability standards.
- Apply SMT and THT techniques across single-layer to multi-layer PCBarchitectures.
- Ensure manufacturing readiness using Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
- Lead schematic design, system integration, and prototyping.
- Collaborate with mechanical, QA, and procurement teams to deliver on time and within budget.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Document designs and lead technical reviews with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3-5+ years in electronics hardware design, especially in inverter, energy, or power electronics.
- Advanced knowledge of PCB design tools and best practices.
- Proven experience with system-level integration and manufacturing-scale handover.
- Exposure to field reliability testing (heat, drop, ingress protection).
- Prior work with solar kits, IoT devices, or battery-powered products.

Title: Accountant

- Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policies and regulations.
- Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
- Responsible for customer account reconciliation and accounts receivables.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements
- B.Sc., MSc in Accounting.
- Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage.
- Membership of a Professional body- ACCA, ICAN, etc.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience
- Excellent Computer Knowledge, especially in Excel and Google Drive.
- Excellent knowledge of Accounting Software ERP and SAGE EVOLUTION is a guaranteed plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
