Overland Airways is a pioneer airline on many routes and currently operates scheduled flights within Nigeria and parts of West Africa‚ and charter flights to West and Central Africa. Its route network includes Abuja‚ Akure‚ Dutse‚ Gombe‚ Ibadan‚ Ilorin‚ Lagos‚ Jalingo and Warri in Nigeria‚ as well as Niamey‚ Lome and Cotonou in West Africa.

Title: Head, Information Technology
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Overland airways is an IOSA certified airline based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are seeking an experienced IT Head to lead our IT team, manage the organisation technology infrastructure and supporting organisational goals through application of technology to corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT team in delivering reliable and secure IT services.
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, computers, software).
- Ensure data integrity, cybersecurity, and system backups.
- Manage user support services, troubleshooting, and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with department heads to assess technology needs and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits and updates.
- Manage IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage procurement of IT equipment and services.
- Prepare IT budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Experience in IT as it applies to the Aviation Industry is an added advantage
- Experience with cybersecurity, data protection regulations, and compliance standards.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA,
- Microsoft Certified, or ITIL are a plus.
- Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Title: Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Overland Airways is an IOSA certified airline based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Sales team, meet sales targets and achieve the company’s revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sales team for peak performance
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Sales analysis and forecasting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
